A page for every question your customers ask, built so Google sends people to each one and AI tools like ChatGPT can read them.
We run search for home services companies the way we run their ads: built on what people actually type, and judged by the leads it produces.
Most contractor sites are a home page, a services page, a contact form and a blog nobody reads. We build the site out instead: a page for every question customers ask, a page for every job and area you cover, and a glossary of the terms people look up, all linked together. Google can send people to each one, and AI tools read the same pages.
01 Question pages.
One question per page, in the words people search with, answered in the first sentence. Each one links to the related service, area and glossary pages, so it keeps earning visits long after it goes live.
02 Service and area pages. A page for each job you want more of and each area you cover, so "roof replacement in Gilbert" has a page that is actually about that.
03 A glossary of your trade. Plain definitions of the terms customers look up, the way our own glossary works for paid media.
04 Tools that help people decide. Cost estimators and checklists on your site, where they help a customer make up their mind.
ChatGPT, Google's AI Overviews and other AI tools read websites to write their answers.
Nobody can make one of them quote you. We make your pages easy for them to read.
01 Google's AI features start with ranking. Google says there is nothing extra to add to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode: a page has to be indexed and eligible to show in search. So the foundation is the same work that ranks the page.
02 The answer comes first. Each page answers its question in the opening sentence, which is the part an AI tool is most likely to lift.
03 The words load with the page. Pages arrive fully written in the HTML, so a crawler that does not run JavaScript still sees every word.
04 The doors are open. We check that the crawlers ChatGPT and other AI search tools use are allowed to read your site, and that nothing in your setup blocks them.
Before new pages, the site has to be readable. Every account starts with a technical pass, then gets watched every month:
01 A ranking report says where you showed up.
We report what came in: the calls and forms that started with a search, and the visits that came from an AI tool, counted separately.
02 If you run ads with us, your Google Ads search terms show which questions turn into customers. Those become the next pages, so search and ads are built from the same data. See how we run Google Ads and Local Services Ads.
03 Every month you get your Search Console numbers in plain language: what grew, what slipped, and which pages come next.
New pages built from your customers' questions and the searches people nearby already make. A technical pass. A review of what is climbing, so the next pages build on what works. Your part is passing along the questions you hear; the research, writing, publishing and reporting are ours.
Partner status isn't decoration. It means direct platform support, beta access, and a track record of spend performance: verified by Google and Meta.

We'll review your current Google and Meta accounts, pull spend and conversion data, and show you where the leaks are, before you commit to anything.
