We loaded 190 concrete contractor websites: 81.1% had no conversion tracking. Why residential and commercial enquiries need separating.
Commercial and residential concrete are two different businesses sharing one website. They run on different quote cycles and different lead values, and most sites cannot tell which enquiry came from which.
We loaded 190 concrete contractor websites. 154 of them, 81.1%, had no conversion tracking of any kind - the third-worst rate of the twelve trades in our conversion tracking report.
We do not publish an advertiser rate for concrete. Only 20 concrete businesses were confirmed to be advertising, which is too small a sample to publish a percentage that would mean anything. The site-wide figure stands on its own.
A homeowner pricing a driveway and a general contractor sourcing a commercial slab both fill in the same contact form. One is a quick quote decided in days; the other can sit in a bid process for weeks and be worth many times more. If both count as one conversion, the account learns nothing about which campaigns produce which.
Separate forms or a required project-type field, separate conversion actions, and separate campaigns in Google Ads let each side be bid on its own economics.
Much concrete enquiry is small work outside the contractor's minimum job size or outside the area a crew and truck can reach economically. Qualification questions on the form, negative keywords for work the business does not do, and a radius drawn around pour logistics keep the spend on jobs worth quoting - similar mechanics to improving hardscape lead quality in Google Ads.
Meta Ads can show finished decorative and residential work to homeowners nearby, where the visual result does the selling.
If you want to see how we report results, read our case studies - platform-reported leads and closed business are shown separately. When you are ready, get in touch and we will start with a look at your current tracking.
Partner status isn't decoration. It means direct platform support, beta access, and a track record of spend performance - verified by Google and Meta.

We'll review your current Google and Meta accounts, pull spend and conversion data, and show you where the leaks are - before you commit to anything.
